Who operates this service

What data we process
We process the information needed to run the platform: account details (name, work email, phone number), company and role information, sales activity records (addresses visited, outcomes, call backs, notes), location data for field activity, voice training recordings where you choose to use AI role-play, and recruitment information where you use the recruitment hub.
Why we process it
We use this data to provide the sales operations platform, manage user accounts and access, track field activity, generate reports, deliver AI training features, and support our customers. Processing is based on the contract with the company that invited the user and, where required, on consent for optional features such as voice training.
How we keep it safe
We enforce two-factor authentication for all backend access, encrypt data in transit and at rest, keep each customer’s data separate by company, and apply access controls based on role. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@thecloser.ai.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate the platform. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on the application.
